How does the Bono Recuperem Turisme 2026 work?

The BONO RECUPEREM 2026 is aimed at people who requested the voucher in 2025 and were placed on the waiting list, without the need to submit a new application.

Turisme Comunitat Valenciana will contact the beneficiaries using the email address used in the 2025 application. If you need to update your email address, you must notify Turisme CV through the User Service Center or its official website.

The allocation of the vouchers will be carried out following the order of the waiting list, established according to the date on which the application was formalized in 2025. Each person may receive only one Recuperem Voucher.

To be a beneficiary, it is necessary to meet the requirements established in the 2025 call: be of legal age and be registered in a municipality affected by the DANA. It will not be necessary to resubmit the documentation, as the information provided in the previous application will be verified.

Applicants will receive an email indicating the appointment number assigned in 2025. This number will determine the order of allocation of the vouchers until the budget allocation is exhausted.

Who can benefit from the Bono Recuperem Turisme 2026?

People of legal age registered in municipalities affected by the DANA who meet the requirements established in the call may benefit.

If you are also up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations, you will be able to access aid of up to 350 euros.

Remember that you can only enjoy one Bono Recuperem Turisme during 2026 and you will not be able to obtain another if you already used one in 2025.

When can I use the Bono Recuperem Turisme 2026?

The voucher can be used to travel until December 22, 2026.

Once it is verified that you meet the requirements, Turisme CV will send you an email with the voucher and the code that you must use when making the reservation at Dynastic Hotel & Spa.

You will have a maximum of 10 business days from the day after the voucher is sent to make the reservation. If you do not do so within this period, the voucher will expire and you will lose your position on the waiting list.

You can use the voucher for a stay until December 22, including the summer period.

When making the reservation at the hotel, you will be formally requesting the use of the voucher. Subsequently, Turisme CV will communicate whether the aid has been awarded and will specify the corresponding amount according to the services contracted. This confirmation must be received before the trip to guarantee the subsidy.

The aid is subject to taxation in the income tax return.

To benefit from the voucher, the reservation must include a minimum of two consecutive nights at the same establishment. If the amount of the reservation is less than €350, you will not have to pay the difference. If it exceeds that amount, you must cover the remaining amount.

In addition to accommodation, you can include half-board, as well as certain additional services offered by the hotel, such as health and wellness treatments, parking, activities, sports, excursions, or entertainment.

Keep in mind that the reservation must be made at a company that is a participant in the Bono Recuperem Turisme 2026.

What other services can I add?
· Board, with a maximum plan of Half Board.
· Health and wellness treatments and massages.
· Parking.

What is the amount of the aid?
Up to a maximum of €350 for stays of 2 or more nights.

Can I book other services?
Yes, although these additional services will not necessarily be eligible for the subsidy.

How do I make the reservation?
By phone:
Contact us at 96 585 36 00 or via email [bonoviaje@hoteldynastic.com](mailto:bonoviaje@hoteldynastic.com), using the same email address where you received the Travel Voucher code, and provide us with:
· The voucher with the code received upon registration.
· The dates you wish to enjoy your stay, only applicable to the Flexible Rate.

By the Website:
Select your travel dates and choose the Flexible Rate. During the booking process, indicate in the "booking comments" section: BONO VIAJE + the code number received upon registration. Also, use the same email address with which you received the Travel Voucher code. We will contact you to complete the process.

Your voucher will be confirmed once we receive the corresponding validation from the GVA.

*Not available for the Advance Purchase Rate.

How much do I have to pay at the hotel?
Upon your arrival at Dynastic Hotel & Spa, you must pay the remaining amount of the invoice by credit card in the name of the Travel Voucher holder.
In the event that the holder does not have a credit card in their name, they must use a card associated with an account of which they are a co-holder. In this case, the co-holder must present a bank certificate proving this.
It is essential to present the printed Travel Voucher upon your arrival at the hotel.

What if I cancel?
The voucher does not cover cancellation fees or costs derived from a No Show. These expenses will be applied according to the Cancellation Policy of Dynastic Hotel & Spa and will be borne by the client.
Cancellation or No Show will result in the loss of the Travel Voucher.

Can I modify my reservation?
Any possible modifications to the services included in the reservation must comply with the conditions and booking policy of Dynastic Hotel & Spa. Any modification that affects the amount of the aid will be reflected in the corresponding justification.
